Personal details you submit through enquiry and application forms, including name, contact details, nationality, passport data and academic records.
Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Correspondence between you and our consultants, retained so that any member of the team can pick up your file.
2. How we use your information
To assess eligibility, shortlist universities and prepare and submit applications on your behalf.
To arrange travel, accommodation, permits and transport for tourism and academic programmes.
To communicate deadlines, document requests and status updates, and to respond to your enquiries.
To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a government-registered company in Pakistan.
3. Sharing with third parties
We share your documents with universities you have chosen, and with the ministries and authorities that issue NOCs and visas.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or unrelated commercial partners.
Service providers such as hotels and transport operators receive only the details necessary to deliver your booking.
4. Data retention & security
Application files are retained for the duration of your programme and for a period afterwards as required by the institutions and authorities involved.
Documents are stored with access limited to the consultants assigned to your file.
You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to record-keeping obligations that apply to submitted applications.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You may ask us to correct inaccurate information.
You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time without affecting your application.

Terms of service
Our services are provided as a facilitation agent. Admission decisions rest with each university, and visa decisions rest with the Government of Pakistan; we prepare and submit a complete, accurate file but cannot guarantee an outcome.
Quotes for tourism programmes are valid for 30 days and itemise transport, accommodation, permits and guiding separately. Cancellation terms are stated on each quote before any payment is taken.
Fees quoted for universities are indicative and revised annually by the institutions themselves. We confirm the current figure with the university before you commit.
